Shipping Information

All orders ship via UPS within the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 days from the date your order ships.
Shipping is free on all orders.
Tracking is provided on every order.

Lost or Damaged Goods

We do not offer refunds.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement if you contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost packages). Please email photos and your order number.

We do not offer replacements or refunds for used products.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Due to food safety and hygiene requirements, we cannot accept returns on our consumable electrolyte products.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days. We will replace damaged goods according to our Shipping Policy.
